Holistic Healing Pathways for Lifelong Wellbeing

Chinese Medicine never separated the mind and body.

The first medical textbook, the “Nei Jing” referencing humankind's connections to nature, was written around 475 BC. This classic supports Albert Einstein’s and Quantum science findings that life is energy and we are all unique expressions of the ONE interactive energy system.

Our outer world environment affects how we feel inside, if our external environment is under pressure, it stresses our insides.

Being healthy depends on our ability to ‘go with the flow’. When the flow of change is forceful, it’s harder to adapt. No wonder in today’s world many are feeling floods of fear and anxiety.

Easing and supporting the flow of change is the key to lifelong wellbeing. Adjusting the energy flows inside us, can create deeply profound changes in as little as one session.

Our fast changing, uncertain world feeds anxiety - a natural response to stress and overloaded nervous systems. Eventually we have the equivalent of ‘blown fuses’.

Increased body tension can manifests in signs like headaches, neck and back tension, digestive upsets, feeling like we are losing our minds, poor concentration.

Just like a car, our body-mind responds to regular servicing and occasional overhauls. This is even more important if our bodies are older, or less robust.

Acupuncture is one of the 8 limbs of Chinese medicine. It nurtures wellbeing by optimising energy flows. Cosmology, ‘how to see our place in the universe’ is another of the other eight limbs. The Chinese medical worldviews help us see ourselves as energy beings connected to everything and everyone.

A big part of my practice is sharing how to see ourselves as part of an interconnected universe. Seeing a higher view of the reality of life as ONE energy system can instantly transform our life. The coaching courses are all rooted in holistic worldviews
