Nourishing Roots offers a simple stepped journey exploring where we come from, how to engage our constitutional strengths and nourish the true essence of ourselves and others.
In Roots trainings we combine Restorative Yoga practices with the spiritual self-identity teachings of Chinese medicine which has never separated the body-mind. The introduction course explores the first 3 steps of the Nourishing Roots pathway with matched Restorative practices to help rebalance the body-mind. This introduction is across 2 Saturday Morning sessions 8.30 - 11am.
As a prescription for well-being, Roots is suitable for both beginners and experienced teachers and practitioners. The restorative practices are simple, effective and easy to teach and share.
