Limited to 22 participants, this 5 day immersion experience touches all levels. We all know when we are ON or OFF in our lives and this knowing is sensed by the Heart. Discover simple world views which help you presence yourself in life as part of an interconnected energy system. Practice the ABC of Heartfelt sensing and learn how to anchor and steer your life by that deeper inner knowing.
Teachings include a blend of Tibetan Yoga, mindful presence, guided meditation, contemplation and Yoga Nidra practice. Evening talking circles and group sharing throughout, helps to integrate your insights and practice the ways of Heart felt sensing in relationship.
