Payment *
Tuition and meals are priced separately as there are variable accommodation options. Onsite accommodation is limited to basic bunk beds, camper van and camp sites. A variety of offsite accommodation options within walking distance can be arranged to suit your individual needs. Private rooms in shared holiday homes (with or without bath) options are available within walking distance of the camp. Please contact Sue for assistance with accommodation: or Ph 021 275 7521. Once you have completed and submitted this form we will contact you for making payment arrangements via NZ online banking or Paypal. Please Note: Offsite accommodation bookings are priced and paid separately.
Cancellation Policy *
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking before the early bird date of 1 December 2014 you will be refunded your full fees minus an administration fee of $100 per person. If you cancel after 1 December 2014 and before 1 January 2015 you will be refunded 50% of your paid fee. Cancellations after 1 January 2015 will forfeit all fees unless your place can be filled by the wait list.
Terms and conditions *
I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with any physical exercise. I accept those risks and enter this retreat freely of my own decision. I will hold no-one (including Cameron Tukapua) to blame for any injury, whether physical or mental arising out of my attendance at the retreat, associated exercises, following of any printed literature and use of the Manaia Camp premises.
